A reusable, 18-gram ECG strap that streams live rhythm for up to 14 days and screens for 71 arrhythmias — built to be worn again and again, by patient after patient.
At 18 grams, the strap sits flat on the chest under a shirt and is easy to forget within the first hour. Patients sleep, shower, walk, and work through the full wear period instead of modifying their day around the device.
The strap records without gaps for up to 14 days. Extending the window past a standard 24-hour Holter meaningfully raises the odds of capturing an intermittent or nocturnal event during a single wear.
Onboard AI reads the trace as it's recorded and screens for 71 arrhythmia types — from atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia to bradycardia, pauses, and conduction blocks — surfacing the beats that need a clinician's eye first.
Rhythm streams to the companion app in real time, so a clinician or caregiver can check a trace mid-wear rather than waiting for the device to come off. At the end of the wear, the app compiles a clinician-ready report.
Published on the app stores as "ithoth."
The sensor and strap are reusable and rechargeable. Clean and recharge between wears and it's ready for the next patient — cutting the recurring cost and waste of single-use recorders.
We'll walk you through fitting, the app, and the report format — and get you a formal spec sheet for procurement.
